Mojo Monday/Happy Birthday

Well it's Thursday and I finally took the time for some mojo. I have 2 cards for you tonight. The first one is for the mojo monday challenge http://www.mojomonday.blogspot.com/ on this card I used the Tea party DS paper, Chocolate Chip CS and Pretty in Pink CS. I used the Bloomin Beautiful stamp set. The second one is a card I made using the Branch out set. I've been wanting to use this stamp set since I got it. I used Barely Banana CS and Sage shadow CS. I hope you are having a good week and take some time to stamp.

Both cards are lovely! Love the nice spring colors on the first with the cute bee in the circles - and that tree is super with the little bird house hanging from it's branch!

Easter

This is the Easter card I made for my kids this year.  This is so fun.  The chicks are made from the Circle punch, itty bitty flower punch, the scallop circle punch, and the owl punch.  I made the grass using the new fringe scissors.  The clouds are done using a template and sponging soft sky ink.

Hope you like it and thanks for stopping by.

Flowering Fields

Happy Super Bowl Sunday!
Today's card uses another stamp set from the Sale-a-Bration Catalog.  It's called flowering fields on page 12.  You can have this beautiful stamp set for free with a qualifying order.  I stamped some of the flowers with versa mark and embossed with white embossing powder.  The other ones were stamped in blackberry bliss.  What do you think of that ribbon?  The pool party glitter ribbon is in the Occasions catalog and it is AMAZING.  Most glitter ribbons can be difficult to work with but not this one.  It is so easy to work with and ties beautifully.  The sentiment is from the "First Sight" stamp set in the Occasions catalog.
Well that's about it for today.  I hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend and enjoying the Super Bowl today.
Happy Stamping!

Pleasant Poppies

These are a couple of Sympathy cards I made this week for 2 different friends.  I used the same set Pleasant Poppies and water colored one with Primrose Petals and the other with Raspberry ripple.  Love the new In-colors from Stampin Up!  I used 2 different framelits from the Apothecary Accents set.  On the bottom of the top card I used one of the Finishing Touches Edgelits (love them) and the other one I used one of the Adorning Accents Edgelits.  The ribbon is just some of the Taffeta Ribbon in very vanilla which I sponged with the matching in-colors to get the color I wanted.  The sentiment is done using a stamp from the Petite Pairs Stamp set and punched out with the new Ticket Duo Punch. The very vanilla layer is embossed with the Vintage Wallpaper Folder.  Well thats it for me tonight.  Thanks for stopping by.   Feel free to leave a comment, I would love to hear what you think.
