Broom Ride

I'm back with another Copic coloring.  This image is from C.C. design called "Broom Ride."  Isn't she just the cutest little witch you've ever seen.
I can't help but laugh at the look on her kitties face.  I didn't make notes on the colors I used for this card, sorry.  On the inside of the card it says "You say I'm a witch like its a bad thing", lol.  I added some stickles to her skirt.

That's it for today, thanks for stopping by.

sweetbriar rose

Hello stampers,

This is a card I made the other day for a board at stampin' up's convention.  I used the sweetbriar rose stamp, which is a single stamp mounted on a wood block.  I colored this with blendabilities and cut it out using the square framelits.  The paper is called typeset and looks and feels like it came right out of a book.  The ribbon is the new 1/4" cotton ribbon in early espresso.
Here is a close up of the image.  I colored the flowers with the pumpkin pie blendabilities and the leafs with the old olive and a little bit of so saffron blendabilities.  I love this stamp, its prefect for coloring.

That's it for today.  Thanks for stopping by.

in-color challenge

This months challenge with my upline was to create a card using at least 2 of the new in-colors.  I chose to use hello honey and blackberry bliss. I started this card by coloring the sunflower from the bloom with hope stamp set with the blendabilities markers and cut it out.  I embossed a piece of hello honey with the fancy fan embossing folder and mounted it on a blackberry bliss card base.  I stamped the frame image from everything elanor stamp set ( I stamped off twice so that it wasn't to dark).  The My friend sentiment is from the and many more stamp set. For the leafs I used the wing from the bird builder punch in mossy meadow CS.  I spritzed them with water and crumpled them up, when dry I sprayed with vanilla shimmer smooch spritz.  To finish it off I added a piece of blackberry bliss ribbon.

Well I hope you like it.  I love how this card turned out.  Thank you for stopping by and feel free to leave a comment.  I would love to hear what you think.

strawberry card

I'm back with another strawberry but this time I made into a card.  On this one I used the second to largest heart die. (the largest one without the scallop edge)  I embossed it with the polka dot embossing folder and for the leafy part I used one of the floral framelit  dies.  This card is a little smaller than normal A2 cards but will fit good in a standard envelope or you can make your own envelope using the envelope punch board.  This is the perfect size for a quick thinking of you note.  This was so much fun to make something different.

I hope you like it, thanks for stopping by.

summer inchie

Once a quarter my uplines team participates in an inchie swap.  An inchie is a square that measures 1 3/4 x 1 3/4.  We make them that size so that the person receiving them can mount them on a piece of 2 x 2 CS in whatever color they want.  If you remember the spring one we did I mounted all of mine on black, it just looks a lot nicer with them all mounted on the same color.  This time the theme is summer and we were only allowed to use real red, daffodil delight, pacific point, old olive, and whisper white.  I used the smallest heart die in the hearts collections and embossed them with the polka dot embossing folder and one of the flowers from the boho blossoms punch to make strawberries.  I punched part of the 3/4" circle punch on a piece of scrap paper and used it for a mask and sponged it with daffodil delight ink for the sun.  So what do you think?  I can't wait to get all the different squares and make another frame.

Thanks for stopping by.
